Aam Aadmi Party --> A story written by us.... and Now probably stolen by them

The 2011 Indian anti-corruptionmovement was nowhere less than the movement of 1857.

There were many similarities if i want to draw them, as it was a sudden movement, started by someone not much know till then, gained momentum, revolutionize the Entire country, Shown the ray of hope, invaded at last in a revolt which got Suppressed.

It was AnnaHajare.. a name which Resonated throughout the world ..at this time... we were seeing a Gandhi in him... a Gandhi of 2011

But what happened after 1857 ..Though with the lot of hopes... energy... direction...people ... support of the country ... we got Independence only in 1947 after 90 years with lots of fantastic leaders... external Impacts.. and world movements. Similar things are drawing up here ....

My god what was the year 2011-12 was we all were galvanized.. a 70+ year old person... along with many more activist were centrifugal force to this .. and yes the true replication of this was Mr Arvind Kejariwal... We all were seeing him as replication of our own anger/ energy/dreams/and vision of our India/My India.

They were selfless ppl fighting for national welfare.... asking something for everybody they fought..they fasted... the did every possible thing to make India together, India happy. But the momentum ended and then they decided to be decisive....movement ended in July 2012...

And India ? .... India Got nothing .... nothing except a hope ... two divided parties... two separate thoughts ... and leaders who were sitting together moving in different directions, people got dispersed, divided, with two different thought process :
1. Anna with the same Idea as above still continuing the same old approach ... believing that this will happen some day
2. Kejariwal with the idea of eye for eye... tid for tad tactics...Begin the path of Aggression.. and why not he saw the power of Youth in 2011 December ... and banking upon that.

If I look upon the reason why India did not got anything out of the movement i can think of that the reason was ... "My Lokpaal or No Lokpal" Understood there is no point of having something which is useless...i agree and accept in this case. But i can draw something more on that which many of readers may not like...

If Anna Team would have accepted something which Govt Was offering then with the thought of reviewing the Bill again .. and was ready to amend something in that.... then that would have been end of Anna Movement ... and Kejariwal's Dream.. which was never the Idea... at least not for Mr Kejariwal's team which then came our with the real and fantastic Idea and then Indian got a name ... AAP --> AAM AADMI PARTY a name which has changed it thoroughly..  with an ambition ..that yes i will have my part of the govt when i will see AAP ruling Delhi ... and then some day India.

Anyways .... Slowly gradually ... this party was building up... meeting with the people..fighting for the people.. and targeting something for the people.. but i must say patience is something which is crucial.... and critical also in such cases ..Suddenly an excessive ambition.. conglomeration....impatience erupted...
with the thought... i am the only best.... i am the only solution ... i am the one who can't wait for me able to adapt this... understand this ...what i want is the power now and then i will change everything... what ?... i don't know ...how ... i don't care.. but please give a me a chance to prove it...

Yes they have a right to prove it .... they have a right to get a chance ...but my question is very simple ...where is the credibility ... what if the only dream which all Indians are sharing with AAP will get shattered... are we ready to wait for another 90 years... to get independence from corruption ... if not .. we need to ASK AAP that look ..understand... grow... get stronger... and not only on the basis comments " that they are bad. They did this bad... they did that bad ... " but also on the basis of comments "We are doing this good... that good... all good".

Then you will be torch bearer of Positive ... constructive politics.. and then when you say that look BJP is wrong.. congress is wrong... People will listen you other wise not  ..and in my opinion they should not. This not an era when people are blind followers... we may give 100 Crore to "Chennai Express" ... but you will get votes in a similar fashion is a tough task.

AAP it is my request and argument please refrain... refrain from those who are not good. We are already seeing parties carrying the liabilities of people... your party is not that..so do not do that.. don't protect them who are not entitled for that... please... respect the opinion of people. Otherwise Indian People Make Heroes... and Zeros in a strike of wave....

The Indian Political Storm.....

5 Years of Indian Democracy for an individual term and total of 63 years since we have the constitution guiding us for every step.... Judiciary instructing us whenever we default .... Executive leading from the front to ensure that we execute those bullet points.... Legislature confirming with constitution and forming the right law and right system for the country... and now in this world of IT, globalization the fourth and the best pillar ... which often termed as people;s voice meaning by Media.. which is a check for all the 3 pillars.

But i believe this is first time we have a era where we are seeing the entire environment differently be it state level ... be it country level... be it at the chaaywala;s shop... office premises... multinationals boardroom... grossary shops... everywhere we are talking about Indian Politics.... and this is certainly a good thing... which happens to more than 60 crore of Indian Population which is somewhere influencing the votes...

But why so ... ? why so eager we are to choose something we never did... to get interested in something we were never so much ... why the youth is just so eager to ask for his/her participation in this peoples representative democracy.. ?

Some Reason from my perspective:

1. Price Rice
2. Sulking Economy
3. Corruption
4. Globalization
5. Education
6. Increase in Number of Young Generation
7. Leaders

We can agree and disagree on every point and add many more here to justify why you are interested in Indian Politics and thus reading this.

But i am loving to see this the storm in Delhi, storm in Bigger Delhi for center stage is making me crazy .. and thus let's search .. may be we can find some answer's that why the above points might be valid ?

Battle for Delhi – the Ground Game

Originally Published here on Niti Central.

While two major Opinion Polls have predicted a three way split in Delhi with a Hung Assembly one opinion poll has shown the BJP inching towards a majority. The Times-Now C-Voter Poll released yesterday had the BJP at 25, the Congress at 24 and the Arvind Kejriwal led upstart political party – the AAP at 18 seats.  A week back the CSDS Opinion Poll for Delhi Assembly had the BJP projected to net between 22 and 28 seats while the Congress bagging between 19-25 seats and an equal number for Kejriwal’s Aam Admi Party. The CSDS Poll had the BJP garnering 29% vote share while the Congress and AAP were expected to net about 27-28%, BSP and others getting between 7%-9%  each.
The BJP’s struggles in Delhi despite a three term incumbency against the Sheila Dikshit led Congress tell a story of how shifting demographics have challenged the Party in the past three election cycles. To better appreciate this phenomenon, consider the BSP’s performance in the 2008 Delhi Assembly Polls. While the BSP managed to win in only 2 seats it had a whopping 14% of the vote share, while the margin between the Congress and BJP in terms of vote shares was only 4%. Contrast this with the 2003 Delhi Assembly Polls when the BSP managed to get only 5.8% of the vote share and no seats. A further look at the 2009 Lok Sabha Polls shows that the BSP’s vote share went back to 5.3% even as the Congress consolidated its foothold in Delhi with a whopping 57.1% vote share in Delhi. Clearly there is a migrant working class demographic voter in Delhi with no hard loyalties and a transferable vote bank that has swung back and forth between the Congress, the BSP and other smaller parties while giving the BJP a pass it would seem, in election after election.
Looking at how static the BJP’s vote share has been in the last three election cycles – 35.2% in 2003 assembly polls, 36.3% in 2008 assembly polls and 35.2% in 2009 Lok Sabha Polls, one gets to appreciate the twin challenges for the Party. On the one hand it is threatened by the upstart political party led by Arvind Kejriwal chipping away at its stable middle class vote base. On the other hand is the working class, migrant swing voter who has remained out of reach to the BJP. In the 2008 Assembly Polls there were at least 30 battleground seats where the margin of victory was less than 10% of which 20 went to the Congress and the rest to the BJP barring one seat to the BSP.  The damage done by the BSP becomes apparent as one looks at the margin of loss and the vote share of the BSP in many of those seats. Looking beyond the close contest seats one sees the same pattern play out.
With Candidate Selection almost out of the way it is the ground game that will be the most crucial factor for the BJP in the weeks to come to win these battleground seats. An added dimension in this Delhi election will be the extensive use of Technology and Volunteers to make a difference on the ground.
The most significant example of using a combination of Technology and Volunteering to make an impact in an election comes from the United States. “Community Organizing” a catch-phrase that gained much political currency since the 2008 Presidential Election Campaign in the USA and the subsequent victory of Barack Obama has become the buzzword for how electoral contests are increasingly being turned in to micro-battles at the local community level.  The idea of “Community Organizing” is neither new nor was it unique to the 2008 Obama Campaign. Much of the novelty of the “Community Organizing” methods of the Obama Campaign perhaps lay in how Harvard Professor Marshall Ganz applied those methods to electoral politics. In August of 2007 the Huffington Post an Online Newspaper carried a report titled “Obama Field Organizers Plot a Miracle” with early impressions of how “Community Organizing” was making a difference to the Obama Campaign.
“If successful — aided by email lists, web tools and old school organizing techniques long missing in electoral politics — these organizers could rewrite the rules of presidential politics dramatically raise the profile of field organizing in the campaign world”
“this raises the possibility of a well-financed, volunteer-driven field operation on a totally unprecedented scale, reaching even into states that have been organizationally forgotten for decades by both parties.”
“But it will only happen if field leaders in at least at one presidential campaign can figure out how to blend effective, old-school field organizing techniques with the methods of “online organizing” that are only beginning to be discovered and understood”
Riding on the Marshall Ganz methods the Obama Campaign won two elections marking the evolution of Internet powered Community Organizing in electoral campaigns between 2007 and 2012.
It is interesting though that much of the study of Community Organizing has been in the context of Western Democracies between Social Reform Activist Groups and Faith based Groups.  Closer home the Sangh and the BJP have had their own version of Community Organizing or what Christophe Jaffrelot refers to as the “Sanghatanist method” in his book  “The Hindu Nationalist Movement and Indian Politics – 1925 to 1990s”. Jaffrelot does not quite get around to explaining the nitty-gritties of how exactly the Sanghatanist method worked beyond the implantation of Shakhas. Most of Jaffrelot’s analysis of the effectiveness of this Organizing Technique is shallow as he explains away the growth of shakhas based on caste and other aspects Hindu Identity Awareness. One is hard pressed to find a comprehensive analysis of the mechanics by which the shakha grew within a Community to establish and sustain a support base of members and an ecosystem of sympathisers.  In his book “Religion, Caste and Politics in India” Jaffrelot identifies Agitations for Social Causes and localized faith based initiatives as two approaches by which mobilization would take place while analyzing at great lengths the constraints and limitations of the Sanghatanist method.
The most insightful commentary on how Community Organizing could work in the Indian Context comes from an anecdote shared by Narendra Modi on his own experience with his first election campaign from the 1980s when the BJP attempted to wrest control of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. Lessons drawn from this campaign may be relevant to the Ground Game in Delhi as the BJP looks to combine Technology with Volunteering.
Rewinding back to that crucial period in the late 1980s when Narendra Modi made the most important career shift of his life from the RSS to the BJP one witnesses the first of many Political Victories scripted by Narendra Modi. According to Narendra Modi there were two critical elements to the Organizational Methods that were most effective during that maiden Election Campaign led by him. The first was the division of labor that made sure every karyakarta had a goal driven task and every task driven goal had a karyakarta assigned to it. The second aspect was ensuring there was an emotional-connect between the voters and the BJP’s campaign. Narendra Modi’s political genius was in being able to inspire that emotional connect by advocating a sense of Ownership in the voters of Ahmedabad towards their City and its Governance. It was not easy evoking that emotional connect. It did not happen over one mega rally or a single high voltage speech as has become commonplace these days with 24×7 Television and the Internet. Narendra Modi had to work his way hard to run his campaign through micro-engagement with both karyakartas and engaged citizens. He held a record 1000 Community level Group Meetings in Ahmedabad. As preparation for these 1000 Community level Meetings he also conducted a Training Course for 100 Karyakarta volunteers. The focus of the training was on what the karyakarta was expected to do at a Community level Group Meeting – what issues to highlight and what arguments to make?
This was a novel and radical move with the BJP veterans suspicious of his approach. After all having recently moved from the Sangh to the BJP he was still a novice in the world of electoral politics and many of those veterans did not take his methods very seriously while some were even critical of it. The Community level group meetings would comprise of citizen groups of 25 to 30 where articulate speakers would be encouraged to speak up on the issues concerning the city. To get women engaged in the process Narendra Modi came up with the ingenious idea of all Women’s Group Meetings to be held at a convenient time in the afternoons after 2pm. The BJP’s Campaign for that election to the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation assumed such a high profile that Narendra Modi even managed to persuade a reluctant Atal Bihari Vajpayee to come down for a Rally. Two public meetings at the ward level later even Vajpayeeji realized this was going to result in a landslide victory for the BJP as it went on to wrest the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for the first time.
The blending of a structured process of volunteer training with volunteer mobilization and the establishment of an emotional local connect to create the ground conditions for a BJP victory was a trademark Narendra Modi template that he went on to repeat statewide. Little wonder that Narendra Modi in his most recent speeches has been using an allegory to explain the importance of Field Organizing ahead of the high stakes elections to the Delhi Assembly and other state assemblies. In his allegory Mr. Modi likens the boisterous enthusiasm of his young followers to that of a whirlwind as he goes on tell his audience that the momentum generated by a whirlwind would not be enough to inflate air into a flat cycle tire. Highlighting the need for a structured mechanism, Mr. Modi advises his ardent Young Supporters that just as one needs a pump to inflate a tire, even winning elections requires a structured mechanism to take sympathizers from the Voter Registration form to the Electronic Voting Machine.
It is these lessons in Field and Community Organizing that the BJP in Delhi will have to pay heed to in addition to its Technology Focus to get its ground game right in Delhi. These lessons could also make all of the difference between the Hung Assembly that most of the Opinion Polls are projecting and the all-important goal of a Simple Majority.

A question for Kejariwal

I just don't understand... how we follow the wind blindly .... Jai Prakash Narayan... who was the leader behind many thoughts...a leader of RJD and mentor of many political parties.... if his party can go wrong.. and give the leader like Lalu and others... what is the gaurantee that Kejariwal for whom we are putting everything.... even we are giving the chance to kejriwal or as spoiler he can make congress again in Delhi... what we will get from him.... 20 years we will make to strengthen him.. and post that we will realize we got one more Lalu... Then why not strengthen a Party which is much shaped than other existing one... And clear the dirt from BJP to make it a better alternative. Because this is always benfit congress.... As we give our strength to many scattered good ppl... who can not come togather...eve

What you will do to become Entrepreneur.

What should I do to open my own business?
I am not sure how many of us have never asked this question to ourselves and if you are one of them certainly you will find this post more interesting than anyone else. Reason is not that you are any way different than most of the people, the reason is you are even backward in nasty and time wasting thoughts of peoples imagination.
So let’s come back to the point. Why after more than three years of job and more than 26 years{those are excused who knew my real DOB} of my life I came to vomit all this with you when I certainly know that I will listen those preoccupied thougts from your mind that yahan per sabhi budhimaan hain kripyaa gyaan na baatian. So my sincere sorry to those gyani peoples that if they want to skip this is their own wish.
By d way … I wondered yesterday again when I saw the most intrigued topic of two college students who wanted to open there own business and I correlated that with the add of naukari.com that how passionate and the thought of opening a business is. I also correlated that with our college time gossips when we used to met with our zero programming skills and used to open big empires, and that too was happened when we had decided who is going to be CEO, CFO of CTO.  True our thoughts were impulsive, our intentions were right and our motive was genuine.
But had we missed anything? Were we lacked in capability? What was the reason that we were not even together with those thoughts of opening something of our own and now we laugh, move forward and never turn around to them?
Do we hate them? May be the answer of this can make some on of us closer to those ideas closer to those dreams and closer to real success of their own thoughts and imaginations.

The War between Touch screen and Stylus

Topic may look something funny but it is not....
I wrote this para with this completely irrelevant topic because the situation is like this only. Taking democracy as LCD display and politicians as a Stylus i am not sure what is going to be the situation. At one side we say that we have the worlds biggest and finest democracy where people has the right to express, right to protest and right to go any where with in the country, then why the security guards of politics are opposing it. Some times we feared that waving Indian flag with in the periphery of India can create communal disharmony... Other time we say that a gathering more than a fix number can create a imbalance to the peace of a city and disallowing that then where are those human rights and where is the government who believe to be the one going to ensure this for the common man. Where is the judiciary to protect this and where are the common man to ask for this. But yes it is tough to feel that we are in such a transition phase that nth g could be said right or wrong.

Confused ..... to whom we have to go with .... the stylus {Government} or to LCD {Country}

How a credit card works when you shop….??

A small situation to make us understand the funda…

Priya: I want to buy a Sony digital camera costing Rs.20,000, but I don?t have any cash right now.

Raj: Why don?t you use your ICICI Bank credit card? Never heard them say ? Hum Hain Na ??

Priya: I am quite skeptic about using these cards. I pay using the card, get a bill after 30 days and pay after another 20 days. This is a maximum of 50 days interest free loan. Why does any bank do it?

If I borrow Rs.20,000 on personal loan at 11%.
Interest to be paid for 50 days = Rs. 20,000 * 11% * (50/365) = Rs. 301.40.

Here the bank is giving me a loan without interest when I use the credit card. Something is wrong somewhere!

Raj: Well? let me tell you how it works when you use your card to pay for the camera.
• You present your ICICI Bank credit card ? a VISA card.
• Sony World swipes your card on a machine provided by Citibank. Lets call Citibank ? the acquirer bank and the process of Sony World swiping the card on that machine ? requesting authorization .
• Citibank communicates with the card issuer ? ICICI Bank through VISA Network to check if the card is valid and has the required credit limit.
• ICICI Bank reviews and approves / declines which is communicated back to Sony World.
• You sign a receipt called Sales Draft given by Citibank. This is the obligation on your part to pay the money to ICICI Bank. Data on this receipt can be captured electronically and transmitted.

At the end of day or at the end of some period Sony World chooses:
o Sony World submits the receipt you signed to Citibank who pays Sony World the money. Sony World pays Citibank a fee called Merchant Discount . Let us say this is 6% of the sale value = 6% * 20,000 = Rs. 1200
o Citibank sends the receipt electronically to a Visa data center which in turn sends it to ICICI Bank.
o ICICI Bank transfers the money to a settlement bank which in turn transfers the funds to Citibank.
o Citibank pays ICICI Bank an Interchange Fee of 4% of the sale value = 4% * 20,000 = Rs. 800
o 20 to 50 days later ICICI Bank gets the money from you ? and you don?t pay the interest!!

Priya: Interesting! So Sony World pays more than the interest that I should have paid for the loan that I take. I, as a cardholder have the following benefits

1. Convenience of not having to carry cash.
2. Credit availability ? free of interest.

However what benefits does Sony World get for paying so much money? Isn?t it more profitable for them to take cash? They can save as much as Rs.1200.

Raj: Certainly. Some retail outlets offer you discounts if you pay by cash, don?t they?

However when you don?t count the money that you are spending, you tend to buy more! Cards encourage this ? called impulse purchase .

If you did not have access to credit, you would not have bought the camera this month ? or may be not any time soon either. By accepting cards, the merchant is actually extending you credit at the risk of the card issuer. He pays money to the banks to carry that risk.

Priya: So ICICI Bank uses this money to pay back to us when they announce 5% cash back. They insist that the Sales draft that I sign at the retailer should also be from ICICI Bank. This means they are saving on the Interchange Fee and also pay me a part of the Merchant Discount that they get.

Raj: Exactly! If you have noticed, ICICI Bank gives you the cash back in the next credit card statement. They keep the ?cash back? money for a maximum of 60 days before passing on a part to you. This accrues them interest too.

Say if ICICI Bank earns an interest of 6% per annum for the cash they carry ? they get Rs.1000 * 6% * (60/365) = Rs. 10

That is not huge, but money nevertheless. And when you consider that almost everyone in this city shops with a credit card these days, it is a big sum.

Priya: And that also explains why banks tie up with petrol pumps ? like ICICI Bank has tied up with HPCL and I could re-fuel there without having to pay the fuel surcharge of 2.5%. The card issuer and the acquiring bank is the same and that saves interchange fees.

Raj: Good! You seem to have figured out how it all works! Let me summarize:

Priya: Sooper! Toh ab shopping chalein?? Lets not miss this Christmas and New year Shopping Festival!

A culprit Mind

"I will do this provided me that... " it's a very common dialogue we say, hear and feel from top to bottom except the very few people of the world. I am not sure why so ...or if say that i know that, then i must say i am not that confident, dedicated and genuine to my own dreams, commitments and destiny.

When You Are Confused, Do Nothing

Article taken from :

http://ezinearticles.com/?When-You-Are-Confused,-Do-Nothing&id=1147988

When we are confused there is an incongruity between what we are feeling and what we are thinking. Something in our head is telling us to move forward and, at the same time, another equally strong feeling is holding us back. This impasse is not something we need to willfully plow through, but rather a point at which to stop and reevaluate where we are going.

Confusion points the way to a new beginning and will not allow us to take the first path that allays our anxiety. The first path is always the path we know, the way that is familiar and "makes sense." It is very tempting to follow this path, and, if it were not for that nagging inner voice, we would surely go down this road. In addition, most of us are so used to moving quickly that any hesitation is interpreted as a sign of weakness. But we need to slow down and get in touch with what is really going on.

When there is a gap between our heart and our head, we become confused. The part that is on automatic is telling us to move ahead, but the part that is coming to consciousness is telling us to wait. This is because we aren't yet ready to make a decision. There are still parts of the puzzle coming together, and, if we act prematurely, we will most likely select a course of action that will not be in our best interest.

The best way I know to deal with confusion is to sit down in the middle of the floor. In a second, the craziness will stop. Maybe sitting on the floor is nuttier than the confusion, or maybe an act so isolated has the power to stop a tangle of feelings and thoughts and bring us back to square one. Either way, the act of sitting recenters us, and we are back in our bodies where we can feel. The feeling is solid and unequivocal and inherently gives us permission to explore the conflicting messages we are getting. We may not get all the pieces at once, but slowly things become clearer. Most importantly, we learn the only time to move is when everything says, "Go!" and not a moment before.

By allowing new feelings to emerge without judgment, we filter and sift new ideas, trying them on for size. We begin to understand that changes take place incrementally and that to rush the process is to invite in confusion. There will be a right time for the change, a way that works for us. There is no timetable for getting clear, only the commitment we make to be real, no matter how long it takes. From this place, confusion is converted to clarity. We are in synch. What initially produced anxiety is now exciting and becomes part of the grand adventure. Rather than feel apprehensive and out of control, we allow the changes to happen in a graceful way. And for the moment, we are at peace.

Leaders Develop Daily, Not In a Day

A group of American tourists walked through a quaint English village in wonderment. They were enamored by the town's winding cobblestone streets, the beauty of its courtyards and plazas, and the sense of history emanating from its ancient churches. While strolling through the local park, the tourists struck up conversation with an elderly gentleman and found out that he had lived in the town for his entire life. One of the Americas, eager to hear more about the town's history, asked, "Sir, have any great men been born in this village?" "Nope," said the old man, "only babies."

Personal Growth Is a Process

In our twenties, we think ahead to when we'll be ideally situated in our career, positioned to do exactly what we enjoy, and enjoying immense influence in our occupation. Like children on the way to Disneyland, we impatiently await arrival at our destination instead of appreciating the journey there. However, as we age we encounter an uncomfortable truth: growth doesn't happen automatically. We cannot coast through life hoping one day to stumble across our dreams. Unless we set aside time to grow into the person we desire to be, we'll not reach our potential.

Leaders develop daily, not in a day. They commit themselves to the process of growth, and over time they reap the rewards of daily investments in their development. In this lesson, I'd like to share five principles to encourage you to adopt a lifestyle of personal growth.

#1 Growth is the great separator of those who succeed and those who do not.

When I went to college, there was no gap between my peers and me-none at all. We started on the same level. However, at the age of 17, I made a commitment to spend an hour a day on my personal growth. I studied and read, filing the lessons I learned along the way. Now, in most cases, the gap between my former classmates and me is pretty wide. Am I smarter than they are? Absolutely not. Many of them got better grades than I did in college. It's the growth factor-my commitment to the process of personal growth-that has made the difference.

#2 Growth takes time, and only time can teach us some things.

When it comes to personal growth, you cannot substitute for time. Yet, the mere passage of time doesn't make you wise. Experience is not the best teacher; evaluated experience is the best teacher. To gain insights from your experience, you have to engage in reflective thinking. I have a habit of taking ten minutes every evening to look back on the day. As I reflect on what happened, lessons emerge, and I capture them in my notebook so that I can learn from them.

#3 Growth inside fuels growth outside.

The highest reward of our toil is not what we get for it, but who we become by it. At the age of 17, I decided that I would read, file, and begin to prepare lessons. From that simple discipline I accumulated a wealth of content that fueled my speaking and writing. I never set out to be a leadership specialist; I was simply diligent about reading, filing, and studying. With respect to personal growth, take the long view on results. The most important question to ask is not "What am I getting?" from the discipline of personal growth, the most important question is, "Who am I becoming?"

#4 Take responsibility for your own growth.

For 15 to 20 years, the school system holds us responsible for growth. Educational curriculum clearly spells out, "here's what you do next," and "here's the next step." Then we graduate with diplomas and certificates, and we no one longer have anyone to map out the next step for us. If we want to continuing growing, we have to do it ourselves. We have to put together a game plan so that we become students of life who are always expanding our minds and drawing upon our experiences.

#5 Determine the areas of your life in which you need to grow.

You've probably heard someone say, "You can do anything as long as you put your mind to it." Sadly, as nice as that sounds, it simply isn't true. In watching people grow, I have discovered that, on a scale of 1-10, people can only improve about two notches. For instance, I love to sing; that's the good news. The bad news is that I can't carry a tune. Now, let's be generous and say that, as a singer, I'm a "two." If I put lots of money, effort, and energy into developing my voice, perhaps I can grow into a "four." News flash: on a ten-point scale, four is still below average. With regards to my career, it would be foolish for me to focus my personal growth on my voice. At best, I'd only become an average singer, and no one pays for average.

Don't work on your weaknesses. Devote yourself to fine-tuning your strengths. I work exceptionally hard on personal growth in four areas of my life. Why only four? Because I'm only good at four things. I lead, communicate, create, and network. That's it. Outside of those areas, I'm not very valuable. However, within those areas of strength I have incredible potential to make a difference.

Ayodhya... when they will allow to close this...

It is five days from the very well know verdict of the Indian history... but it is still hot in the ambiance of every news paper, magazine and news channel. I am not sure if this was sometime when they really wanted to en cash them and were not able to get that ... that's why they are still trying to en cash after selling the corpus.

You talk about the people from the political party they are all feeling bad that how the majority of Indian people irrespective of their religion are happy and having no conflict about the matter and more over there are happenings when after the verdict of the court people wanted to have a out of court settlement. This is something new and that new which is color of new India is not digestible by the News paper News Agencies and Political Parties.

I hope things will go good in the near future.. but how when the system on the top is not good.

And Finally The outcome say's ... All IZZ Well

And finally the much awaited day has given the extra ordinary response from the judges as well as from the people of the India. The much awaited hue and cry over the ayodhya issue stopped same as it begins. And bravo to the indian janta who took the result with all positive attitude and a step forward towards the democratic line and peace and harmony that the complete world is surprised.

I just hope .. that go where ever you want to .. may be it is supreme court or a SAMJHOTA ground but make sure that no one can take the political advantage out of this. Now this is our responsibility after the court to maintain the law and order in the country and prove the early advantage from the decision as the real victory of Indian people. Who are now having the firm belief in Indian Democracy.

Ayodhya Verdict and Indian Janta

Just before the few more minutes of the Ayodhya verdic it is great to see the national integration through out the whole india and all sectors , religion and people of all kind. Everone is saying in one word that it is not the last leg not the last step and not the last decision so why to worry. We have to maintain the peace and hormony among us , we have to maintain the law and order everything which is require for the goodwill of the mankind and our country. As by any ways we are having a greater responsiblity on our shoulder and the world has it's eyes on us through the way of Commonwealth games. So this is the time when we can prove that yes we are not only the largest democracy but also the most consistend and robut democracy as well.

And also i appraise that personlly the media which was becoming more of the SMS show and glamour and TRP oriented has taken the resposibilty for this most sensibel area and they are also not any ways speculating the results and only giving us the info which is needed by the people.

Good job done.

And don't worry we will make our country proud by accepting the decision by the court.

Verdict Of Ayodhya and Common Wealth

It's like talking to two completely different issues having similar reaction. You talk about Ayodhya people are nervous you talk about Commonwealth people are again nervous. So i am not able to understand what's the bigger common thing in between these two let's check them on following ground :

Severity :

If i talk about Ayodhya it's a matter of two religion, public sentiments and national integration and more over a question on our democracy.

If we talk about commonwealth it's again about public money, national pride and our international accountancy.

Reason :

If i say in common then the top one is Politics which intern gives rise to week decisions and intern made the situation worst by making them not a public matter but a political hue and cry.

And one more common thing is that, common man may be going to see very soon something unpredictable in indian history may be it's out hosting of common wealth or the court holding the judgment of Ayodhya issue.

Hope for the best.
